Service description

Prepovo is an AI-powered practice tool that helps technical professionals improve their ability to articulate complex concepts. You receive questions, record spoken answers, and get AI-generated feedback.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Prepovo. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Accounts

Accounts are managed through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Prepovo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use.

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Paddle may adjust pricing for your region and currency.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan. Your data is preserved and available if you resubscribe.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with Prepovo, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at info@prepovo.com or use the receipt email from Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

AI-generated content

Evaluations, scores, and feedback provided by Prepovo are generated by AI and are intended for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

User content

You retain ownership of the answers and recordings you submit. By using the service, you grant Prepovo a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service (transcription, evaluation, and progress tracking).

Intellectual property

Questions, reference answers, and other service content are owned by Prepovo and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Prepovo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated evaluations or feedback. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and data. Prepovo may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katowice, Poland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
